REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Starting in the Fall of 2019, the registration will be done online only. A registration (annual) fee of $25 per student is required at the time of registration. This registration fee is non-refundable and must be done during registration. Students will be enrolled until the end of the school year unless you make a Drop Request online 30 days in advance. 

It is parent’s responsibility to supervise their children before and after class.

DROP POLICY

You must you make a Drop Request 30 days prior you dropping or your spot will be saved for you and you will be charged. Students are enrolled for the school year unless we receive a Drop Request.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are due on or before the first class of each pay period, as per our 2019-2020 calendar. Missed classes cannot be deducted from the session tuition. Make-ups are available for missed classes.

  • A $25 fee will be charged on any returned check.

 

PAY PERIODS AND RATES

Each Period is 8 weeks. 
Period 1        September 3-October 26
Period 2        October 28-December 21
Period 3        December 23-February 22 (Gym closed 12/24-1/1)
Period 4        February 24-April 18
Period 5        April 20-June 13

2019-2020 Rates are through June 13, 2020. Annual Registration Fee: $25 per student.

Dance classes 45 min. /  8 week tuition – $102
Preschool classes 45 min. /  8 week tuition – $120
Gymnastics classes 1 hr. /  8 week tuition – $128
Tumbling classes 1 hr. /  8 week tuition – $128

 

DISCOUNTS

There is a 10% discount on the lower priced program for two children from the same family or for the second class of the same child.

 

MAKE -UP POLICY

We will be very cooperative in meeting students make-up needs. You must call the office 860-646-3687 at least 1 or 2 days ahead of time to schedule a make-up class. Missed classes must be made up within 30 days. There is no monetary reimbursement for missed classes and you cannot use your scheduled class time as a make-up class. Once you have dropped from the program, make-up classes do not apply.

 

REFUNDS

All registration fees are non-refundable. There are absolutely no refunds for missed classes. (make-up classes are available).

 

SNOW DAYS

In the event of adverse weather conditions, class closure information will be posted on our website: www.winingersgymnastics.com. You can also call the office before coming to class. Any classes canceled due to weather can be made up.

DRESS CODE

Leotards or shorts and T-shirt are required for PreSchool and Gymnastics/Dance classes. Boys should wear elastic-waist shorts and a T-shirt or warm-up suit. No belts or jeans will be permitted.
